Fabulous stay
The location, cleanliness, and friendly owner were excellent. The place is spacious and comfortable. Although the owner cannot speak English, we used Google Translate and whatsapp to communicate (no issue what's so ever), but they made a great effort to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The location is outside the city, which was actually a lovely part of the experience. I really can’t recommend this place enough.

Pleasant Tuscany stay blighted by hot water problems.
The location was great for us to visit Pisa and Lucca. The host helpfully offered hiking suggestions and lent us a map. The outside space was nice for an afternoon in the sun. Parking was at the house. The bottle of wine given to us on arrival was very thoughtful. The accommodation was nice and spacious for two people.
There were problems with the hot water for three out of our 5 nights. This meant cold showers or both hot and cold showers with inconsistent temperatures and the same with the water in the kitchen. When we mentioned this the host did try and get an engineer to come. The sink in the kitchen did not drain well. Our citronella candles came in very useful but we were still bitten a lot!

Nice and calm
The house was so clean, the owners were really nice, they helped us with anything we needed. The location is perfect for families it is really quiet and the view is stunning!

Soggiorno perfetto!
La casa è bellissima, ha superato le nostre aspettative. Nuova, pulita, spaziosa e ben arredata, con tutti i comfort necessari. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un cadeau (una bottiglia di vino) apprezzatissimo e un meraviglioso mazzo di fiori. Posizione tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo ottima per visitare Pisa. Ringraziamo i proprietari super gentili e disponibili per ogni esigenza. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa! Consigliatissima, torneremo sicuramente.
