Really spacious bedrooms and lovely style. Perfect location for Alton Towers and plenty parking in their private car park. Staff were lovely
The sofas were quite small for 5/6 people, so maybe not the best if you’re planning on spending a lot of time in the living room. There was also no free toiletries as advertised. Slight noise from the below pub in the mornings (hoovering/chatting etc), and from customers in the evenings however we were out late and getting up early so it didn’t cause much bother. I think a chain/latch on the door would have been good for that extra bit of security from the below pub

Location was excellent for our visit to Alton Towers, Staff were excellent and very friendly and the apartment is very spacious, clean and well laid out. Changes were easy to make and we were made to feel very welcome.
The beds in the large room were a little uncomfortable however the main reason for a lower score was that there is no soundproofing between the pub downstairs and the apartment. This led to the children and I still being awake after midnight due to the noise downstairs and not getting enough sleep. It was very noisy, whilst I understand you will always get some level of noise, i am sure this could have been managed better when renovating the apartment or simply made clear in the advert that this would be the case.
Had we been made aware in the advert that it would be that noisy I am not sure we would have booked this location, it led to two very tired boys on a day out and the whole reason for booking this location was so that we would be close to Alton Towers to avoid an early start and have a good nights sleep.
