The hotel is in a beautiful rural area but still very central to drive around Derbyshire.

Beautiful location. A lovely room. The bathroom was amazing with gorgeous bath and rain shower.
The food is excellent, portions far too big for me but they do cater for serious walkers. Range of beers and wines is good too. The staff are attentive and on the ball.
Mattress and pillow a little too soft. A couple of the room and bathroom corners needed a little bit of attention.
