Two glass storage cases, each housing coastal themed décor, are on either side of the fireplace, balancing out this room.

And then there’s the chef’s kitchen.

Completely renovated in 2025, this stunning kitchen now spans the full width of the first-floor open-concept space. Designed with both functionality and style in mind, it boasts an expansive island with ample prep space and built-in banquette seating—perfect for casual meals or gathering with friends. The banquette seats 5-6 people and the adjacent dining table offers additional seating for six, making it easy to host and serve guests all in one central location. High-end appliances elevate the experience, including a double-wide stainless steel commercial refrigerator, beverage drawers, wine cooler, built-in induction cooktop, double oven, two dishwashers, and a standalone icemaker. For coffee lovers, the built-in Miele espresso machine adds a luxurious touch, taking both everyday living and entertaining to the next level.

Three sets of French doors off the main living room showcase the brick-edged swimming pool and spa. A covered outdoor patio with rocking chairs views the pool and welcomes refreshing sea breezes.

The first-floor primary suite includes a king-sized bed, flat screen TV and wide plank hardwood floors. Two cushioned chairs and a cushioned bench allow for plenty of seating in this room. Its spacious primary bath features a double granite vanity and a tile-surround glass door shower, as well as a jacuzzi tub.

Just down the hall from the 1st floor primary suite, there’s a Speak-Easy finished in a luxurious deep blue-green with bench seating and round tables to sit and relax and enjoy a drink after a long day of activities. A full bath is adjacent to the Speak-Easy.

On the split-level – between the first and second floor -- is the media room. With a deep blue sectional sofa, oversized flat screen TV, mini refrigerator, and movie-quality popcorn machine, it’s the perfect gathering spot for movie-night!

On the second level is each of the four remaining bedrooms, A king sized bed is at the top of the stairs, decked in coastal blues and neutrals. At the end of the hallway, the primary bedroom, featuring a jungle themed accent wall, has a king-sized bed with a separate tub and walk in shower. The bedroom across from the primary bedroom has a king-sized bed. The remaining guest bedroom has two twin beds. Each bedroom offers a private bathroom and flat screen TV. Additionally, the second floor includes a laundry room for added vacation convenience.

The garage has a full-sized electronic foosball table with a ping pong overlay so you can choose your activity. There’s also a mini refrigerator to store beverages and snacks.
