About this house rental
Welcome to 11 Bald Eagle Road!! This six bedroom, five and a half bathroom home can easily accommodate a group of up to seventeen guests. It is a quick walk to the beach as it is located second row ocean in Sea Pines. You can have your toes in the sand in under three minutes!
The nice pool deck is the best spot to relax and catch some rays. The private pool and spa can be heated seasonally – please see more details in the description below. There is an additional fee to heat the pool and/or spa. There is a gas grill available for grilling out as well.
1st Floor:
A nice perk of this home is that it has multiple living areas. The main living area is incredibly spacious with plenty of seating, a flat screen TV and access to the back porch. There is also a small den with additional seating, a flat screen TV and access to the back porch.
The fully equipped kitchen is open to both living areas. There is an eat-in breakfast table in the kitchen and a larger dining room table just outside the kitchen.
The laundry room with a washer/dryer is located on the first floor. Just down a small flight of stairs there is a game room featuring a large flat screen TV, ping pong table and foosball table – fun for the kids AND the adults! Plus a 2nd refrigerator is located in the game room. There is a half bath located just at the top of the steps on the main floor.
The master bedroom has a king bed and flat screen TV. The private bathroom has his-and-her sinks + walk-in shower.
Mid-Level:
The second master suite is located mid-level. It has a king bed, sitting area and a flat screen TV. The private bathroom has a walk-in shower.
2nd Floor:
Bedroom three has two pyramid bunk beds and a flat screen TV! Bedroom four has a king bed and a flat screen TV. These two bedrooms are connected via jack-and-jill bathroom that has a shower/tub combo.
The fifth bedroom has a queen bed and a flat screen TV. The private bathroom has a walk-in shower. The sixth bedroom has a queen bed + twin daybed. There is a flat screen TV in this bedroom plus a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

We’ve stayed at many houses on Hilton Head Island and this is one of our favorites. We had four families with lots of kids. The game room was fun for all and out of the way from the rest of the house. It’s an easy walk to the beach even for the little ones. Honestly this rental company is the best. We didn’t have to check in because everything was mailed or emailed to us. I messaged them in the evening that we needed new pots and pans and they messaged me right back and sent someone out the next morning with a box of brand new ones. The hot tub stopped heating and they fixed it ASAP plus reimbursed us for the day it didn’t work. I’m sure things go missing when guests leave the home so it was so nice to contact them and have anything delivered. We nicknamed this house “skinny pool house”, but it’s actually a nice sized pool in my opinion. Thanks for the great vacation!

Great property for our family - 8 adults and 7 kids. They also had alarms on the doors we could turn on so younger kids couldn't get to the pool. Easy walk to the beach..

We stayed at the property for a week over the New Year's holiday. Our family of two sets of grandparents, 4 children aging from 9 months to 5 years, and 4 other adults could not have been more pleased or comfortable. The layout of the house was ideal having two master suites and on-suite bathrooms for everyone else. The game room was also an added bonus. The open layout of the kitchen, dining and living room was also great for us. The kitchen was the most well appointed I have ever had at a rental property. There were plenty of glasses, coffee cups, plates, and two coffee makers. The supply of bath towels and linens was also much more than I expected. We never actually had to do laundry! The location was superb as well. Having so many young children, being able to come and go from the beach so easily was a must. Only being a couple minutes walk we were able to go down multiple times a day with ease. We were only a half-mile bike ride from South Beach, which made frequenting the Salty Dog and shops even easier! Overall, I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.
