Welcome to 7 Painted Bunting Road! This five bedroom, five and half bathroom home can sleep up to twenty guests. It is located third row ocean in Sea Pines - just steps away from the beautiful beaches of Hilton Head Island!
This spacious home completed 2021 off-season renovations and redecorating. Updates include the addition of a 5th bedroom with a set of built-in twin-xl bunks and a comfortable built-in queen-size dormer bed complete with a private en-suite bathroom; an expanded pool deck to accommodate outdoor dining and adding space for additional chaise loungers plus an outdoor television on the covered porch that can be viewed from the saltwater pool and spa; new living room, family room, and dining room furniture; the addition of two new beverage fridges to the wet bar and a built-in ice maker just off the kitchen.
Check out the private saltwater pool and spa. This home includes complimentary pool and spa heat powered by an electric heat pump. Heating is available seasonally when outdoor temperatures are above 55 degrees.

The home was fabulous - the owners have done a fantastic job of providing for guest's comfort. The kids loved the pool and we liked the outside shower for removing sand (not sure if it was hot water also- we never got anything other than cold.) Kitchen was large and much appreciated as we cook at home most nights. 2 observations - not a single baking sheet in the kitchen (we went to Walmart) and the dishwasher is well used and dishes were not always super clean. The beach is close to the end of the island (cargo ships etc) and the water had a brownish tinge on a few days) - there is a strong current when the tide is high. Overall, it was a wonderful place to rent. The entire experience from booking to checkout was seamless/
