*This is a Saturday to Saturday rental, available 7/25-8/1 AND 8/1-8/8. If you are interested in renting both weeks please message host for two week discount.

With 2 king beds and 2 twin beds, this perfect vacation rental offers a cozy living room with a sofa bed for extra space. The property features a large pool with a hot tub, a secondary heated pool for year-round and nighttime swimming, and a baby pool for the little ones.
Other things to note:
Primary guest checking in must be 25 years of age with a valid ID and credit card for security deposit. Your security deposit will be refunded to you after checkout if you have not made any charges or damages to your room.
Waterside is professionally managed and operated by Spinnaker Resorts. The front desk is staffed for check-in and check-out and is available for any questions, issues or need for assistance. They are there to help, so please don't hesitate to contact them during your stay.
Three free parking passes are included with this unit.
Pool towels are provided for free and are located in your unit.
There is no daily housekeeping provided. However, there is a washing machine and dryer conveniently located inside your unit.

Spinnaker is always clean and up to date. We always have everything we need. This year we had a clogged sink and someone came right up and took care of it.
