Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.
Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.

(1) No smoking inside or outside the property
(2) No pets
(3) No parties or events

Great amenities for my family! My boys loved the ping-pong table and wall darts. Vertical bike storage in garage was also an added bonus. If we weren't playing ping-pong or darts, we spent the rest of our time on the covered porch in the back. We watched our favorite team play a March Madness game on the porch (outside wall mounted tv) while grilling on the provided gas grill. Great value overall!

Super close to downtown and some local trails. Will definetly be our bentonville home for bike rides

Wished we could have checked in early but understood the reasoning. Overall the house was amazing for our group, especially the bike racks in the garage and the backyard setup was so nice for evenings just hanging out. The vibe of the house was super cute as well, and very clean/comfortable.
