Short bike or walk to Downtown Bentonville Square & The Momentary!

Lovely 4 bedroom home near downtown Bentonville. Close to trail entrances - perfect for walking or biking. There was a bike shed for bikes that you bring to lock up. We had a girls trip and thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

The house and location was fabulous and perfect for our two families. We could easily walk to all our favorite places in town and hop on our bikes to get to the trails. There is a shed for easy bike storage. The house was clean, beautiful and just what we needed. It had a well stocked kitchen and plenty of clean linens and towels. Great stay!

We had the best time in Bentonville and this is one of the rentals we’ve ever stayed in. The house is so thoughtfully decorated with great space to hang out and very comfortable bedrooms. So may extra details are included that really make this feel like home. Plus, the location is excellent for walking to lots of restaurants. We loved the quick access to the trail system and would recommend this rental in a heartbeat!

The location was great and pretty central from the Square, literally a two minute bike ride or a 5 minute walk. For MTB’ing, entrance to connector is right around the corner about 500 feet away. The house is modern, clean and unique. Had ample beds for 6 adults, with a bike shed in the back to store your bikes. The house had more than everything we needed. The best part of isn’t the house itself or the convenience location but the host Debra, she was extremely accommodating and even answering questions to help plan our trip. She was extremely genuine and will be expecting to stay with one of her properties again in the very near future.
