Safety cameras at the doorbell, shed, and back porch. Every camera faces outward, and cannot see inside the home. They can record both audio and video of the outside, not inside, the home.
Noise monitor in living room captures noise levels (not any sound) to prevent parties, which are prohibited. Noise monitor also has an integrated smoke, weed, and vape monitor, to prevent prohibited smoking activities.
