The home was in a nice quiet neighborhood, within a 5 minute drive to downtown Bentonville, and about 10 minutes to our concert venue in Rogers. Home is gorgeous and comfy- fenced backyard for our doggie to run around in as well. The host was very prompt in returning any messages we sent, very impressed. Would definitely stay here again!

This is our second stay at the Blue Door. We love this property and our second stay was as enjoyable as the first. Excellent location near the Greenway and close to everything Bentonville. We enjoyed the Farmer’s Market and square on Sat morning before attending UofA graduation. We also enjoy the prompt response and attentiveness from the owner of this property. Everything about this house was perfect, it was super clean, very well decorated and had plenty of space for a family of seven. And the backyard is incredible! The pictures don’t even do it justice, It was really, really big, and had the prettiest green grass, just a fantastic backyard to run around in. And best of all, this house is located really close to all of the attractions you would want in Bentonville, we enjoyed doing the Crystal Bridges Museum and the Amazeum for the kids. Do not hesitate to book this beautiful home you will not regret it!

Friends and family visited the area for the Garth Brooks concert. Everyone enjoyed a round of golf, great food and one of the best concerts ever. The house provided a wonderful place to stay - providing plenty of space for everyone. The house was very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the large table for card playing. We had a great time!

The coffee is definitely a bonus, great appliances in the kitchen. Good locations for museums, bike trails and walking trails. We enjoyed playing games in the back yard in the evening. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the living rooms. Fun place to visit. We also enjoyed the products in the kitchen and bathrooms. So pleased that you recycle. One concern is the hall bathroom tub. We didn't figure out how to close the drain. The other is that the tub is slippery and would be safer with with a non-slip mat. One individual slipped. Our family stayed at the property over Memorial Weekend. I would highly recommend staying at this location, very close to everything, including the square/trailheads. The house has everything you need and was bigger than I expected—plenty of room for a family of four. The owner was very responsive if I needed anything. I will definitely stay at the house again on our next mountain bike adventure.

The biggest determining factor was the big dining table for us to eat all our meals there since we're not going to restaurants because of Covid. We loved the property because:1. It was as nice as it looked online. Great modern, but cozy decor and more space than we expected! 2. The den had a huge comfy sectional and a big tv.3. The kitchen was so nice with vaulted ceiling and complimentary goodies and drinks. . .including a good little bottled margarita! The dining table was long enough to eat at one end and have a game set up at the other. 4. The location was convenient and easy parking was a plus. 5. Everything was so clean too. The only little thing for us was the mattress protectors were noisy, but the firm mattresses and fluffy pillows were great. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone! This was our second stay at this property and once again it did not disappoint. We stayed the week prior to Christmas and we were greeted with the prettiest holiday decorations, tasty goodies in the fridge and a gift for our son under the tree. The owners go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome and comfortable in their home. It’s been the perfect house for our needs and we were already planning our next trip back while driving home. In my previous review I gave details of the house. This trip we learned a new thing. Our long wheel base Range Rover can fit in the garage with the four bike rack on back. It was perfect because it allowed us to pack up the car and bikes inside instead of outside in cold:)

This was our 4th trip to Bentonville and first time staying at this property. This is by far my favorite property we’ve stayed at and that’s comparing to homes that I’ve spent more than double per night. The house has been recently and thoughtfully remodeled and it shows. As for the important info that you look for when deciding what property to book... owner is more than accommodating and responsive and there were welcoming touches throughout, the house was very clean and this is coming from someone who prides herself on her own home’s cleanliness, the kitchen is well stocked if you choose to eat in and the kitchen has good working space, there’s a mud room right off of the garage which is ideal when biking and hiking, garage has a large table for your gear etc, there’s two good size TVs in separate living rooms and the sectional is clean and comfortable to relax on and the location is within 10 minutes to trails, Rogers, groceries and Bentonville town square. All the members of my very particular family enjoyed the home and we’ll definitely be booking again.

We try to travel to the area at least once a year to mountain bike and we’ll definitely be staying in this house again.
