Luxury Townhome with access to Private Community Dock and Heated Pool – Your Rehoboth Beach Home Base!

Fantastic multi generational family vacation. There are a LOT of stairs in this home, but it allowed there to be enough space for my mom, my husband and I, and the teenagers and 3 year old. Plenty of room to gather in the main floor, cook, walk for the pool … and located so we could even walk to restaurants and the boardwalk! There was a beautiful park nearby for the little one to play on jungle gyms when the older kids wanted to sleep in. 10/10 would totally recommend this property.

This stunning 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath vacation home exceeded all our expectations and provided the ideal setting for our multi-family beach vacation. The property's thoughtful layout and prime location make it a standout choice for anyone seeking comfort and convenience near Rehoboth Beach. Having access to its own private heated pool and private dock and fire pit is also a great way to unwind without leaving the townhouse community. In-unit washer and dryer were also a convenient touch so we didn't need to pack as much. Outstanding Accommodations The home's design is perfectly suited for multiple families traveling together. The two primary suites with en-suite bathrooms provided much-needed privacy and comfort for the adults, while the dedicated bunk room was an absolute hit with the kids. With two sets of bunk beds accommodating up to 7, our young ones had their own special space to bond and hang out away from the grown ups. The cozy guest bedroom rounded out the sleeping arrangements beautifully. The décor in the house is really beautiful and really made it feel like a nice getaway. Impressive Living Spaces The open-concept living area creates a wonderful gathering space where everyone can come together, while the fully equipped modern kitchen made meal preparation a breeze. The outdoor spaces truly shine - morning coffee on the screened 2nd floor balcony became our daily ritual, enjoying the sounds of the fountain in the pond behind the place, very relaxing and zen! Evening barbecues were easy on the outside covered patio. The multiple outdoor areas gave everyone room to spread out and relax when we wanted to and then come together for group fun during game night. Unbeatable Location Being just minutes from Rehoboth's boardwalk was incredibly convenient. The walk to Rehoboth Ave (main drag) is about a minute and you pass the Bakery and Crystal Diner on the stroll down to the ocean, about 10 minutes on foot. We loved having easy access to the beach, tax-free outlet shopping minutes away, local restaurants (SoHo Pizza is new and great, Dogfish Head Brewing, Summer House, Blackwater Tavern, Crust and Craft (brew and pizza pub), and hiking trails. The location strikes the perfect balance - close enough to enjoy all the attractions, yet peaceful enough to truly unwind. Excellent Value and Service The optional linen package was reasonably priced and saved us the hassle of packing linens for our large group. The booking process was smooth, and the property was exactly as described. Final Thoughts This property delivers on its promise of "coastal comfort." It's rare to find a vacation rental that so perfectly accommodates large groups while maintaining style and functionality. Whether you're planning a family reunion, friends' getaway, or multi-generational vacation, this home provides everything needed for an unforgettable Delaware coast experience. We're already planning our return visit - this gem has definitely earned a permanent spot on our vacation rotation!
