Pool and hot tub were wonderful, the location was good, and the neighborhood was convenient for getting to Lewes and the beaches, although the local roads took some getting used to (essentially you’re turning right onto a local highway out of the development with cars going 50 MPH). Host communication was inconsistent: for example we never got a response on how the hot tub timer worked, and it was unclear how the best way to get in touch with them was. The add-on linens that we rented (for an additional fee) weren’t great quality, and the house had minimal toiletries (they did have toilet paper and hand soap but limited dishwashing pods, paper towels, and no bathroom soaps, shampoos etc…). This is made clear in the agreement to be fair but worth pointing out here that amenities on that front are pretty minimal. The wi-fi was definitely spotty and we had to reset it several times throughout the course of the week. But overall we enjoyed our stay and our time in the area, especially considering that we booked relatively last minute.
