With 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and multiple living areas & decks, this home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. The ground level includes a cozy sitting area with a futon (queen bed) and a dedicated workspace. There’s also an elevator for easy luggage transport between floors.
Outdoor Living:
Enjoy panoramic views of the Delaware Bay and Broadkill River from the third floor rooftop deck with ample seating to enjoy both the sunrise and sunsets. The screened-in deck on the second floor provides a comfortable outdoor living and dining area overlooking the river and the Primehook Wildlife Refuge.

Queen master suite and en-suite bathroom (1st floor)
Third bedroom with a queen-size bed (1st floor)
Forth bedroom with two twin-size bunk beds (1st floor) with an additional full bathroom on same floor.

Fully equipped for creating delicious meals, featuring a large island with seating for four. The dining table, with a leaf extension, accommodates 10+ guests.

The outside of the property has motion activated security cameras that allow us to monitor the property.

From the time our trip was booked until the end, our experience was fabulous. When reaching out to the host with a question before our stay I promptly received an answer. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome gift and note. The kitchen was fully stocked with essential items. The house was very spacious, immaculately clean and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The screened in porch with the double open glass door to the large family/kitchen was amazing. Can't say enough about the beautiful view from every room in the house. The bathrooms and bedrooms were comfy and pristine. The walk to the very quiet, uncrowded beach was less than 5 minutes with a toddler. We also enjoyed our evening walk to the corner store for an ice cream. This house is an absolute gem whether you're looking for beach time, birding, dining at local breweries or a relaxing get away.
