There are 3 large HDTVs (one in the family room and one downstairs in the entertainment room) and 1 in the upstairs loft with YouTube TV. There is also high speed internet service with WIFI throughout the home. The home features 10 foot ceilings and a spacious open and airy floor-plan.
The amenities include several pools including a water park with large water slide and pirate boat fountains and an adult infinity pool, pickleball, tennis courts, pickle ball, fitness gym, restaurant, swim-up pool bar, clubhouse and more. There is also a wonderful indoor pool with lap lanes and an incredible HOT TUB (as well as the private hot tub outside of your home)!!

Please prioritize the usage of the garage and driveway parking to reduce the number of cars parked on the street.
Linens Package Option:
Pillows, comforters, and mattress covers are provided in the home. However, bed sheets, pillowcases and bath towels are NOT automatically included. For your convenience, Bethany Beach Home Rentals offers an optional Home Linens Package. The Linens Package is specific to your home and will include bath towels, bed sheets, and bathmats delivered to your home prior to your arrival.

You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website. For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you have completed your reservation.

Lighthouse Club Amenities Passes
The Lighthouse Club Amenities Pass is an additional fee that is separate from your reservation and should be reserved prior to your arrival to avoid a late fee during the Summer Season. The purchase of amenities passes is not required to stay in the Coastal Club Community. Only purchase passes for those in your group that plan to use the amenities. Children under the age of 5 are free when accompanied by an adult who has purchased a pass. The Lighthouse Club Amenities include access to the Clubhouse, Children Playroom, Indoor Bar and Dinning Area, Fitness Center, Yoga Room, Indoor Pool, Outdoor Tennis/Pickleball Courts and Bocce Ball Courts. During the Summer Season the amenities also include access to the Leisure Pool with Swim-Up Bar, Splash Pool with Water Slide, and the Upper Deck Bar and Restaurant. This was a beautiful property in a fabulous community. We used the pool every day. The weather was bad that week so we didn't get to go to the ocean because the beaches were closed. But the bay was open and it's just a short ride from this home and it was a lovely place to spend the day.

Overall, the house was very well stocked to meet any need. The house accommodated our multigenerational family of 6 adults and 4 small children. The screened in party porch/hot tub and hardscaped patio are beautiful and were used extensively. If you are thinking or renting this house purchase the linen service, it was well worth it. The kitchen and living areas were very well appointed and everyone was very comfortable. Cooking at the house was a breeze and anything needed to prepare a meal was there. We enjoyed the Coastal Club Community and the everyone made good use of the pools and fitness center. The only shortcoming was the restaurant and bar were not available due to a change in food management companies. The house is a short drive to Lewes and Rehobeth beaches that made it very easy to come and go. The only shortcomings were: -The house was not cleaned upon our arrival and the cleaners came about an hour after everyone was at the house and unpacked. Thankfully the family before us had left the house in a very clean state. -The remote in the basement TV room was missing and we were not able to use the 70" TV and the TV in the King Master Suite was not hooked to the internet/cable. Overall, we were highly satisfied and happy with the house. With a couple minor tweaks it would make it perfect.

House is exceptionally designed and decorated.
Plenty of room for our 9 family members.
Sunken hot tub in the 20x32 screen room was a nice amenity which we used daily.
Kitchen was well appointed although some frying pans showed wear and tear, but not a problem.
A drawback for us was the bedroom with bunk beds. We did not have any young children. We required more bedrooms suited for adults.
The outdoor grill was hooked up to a gas line eliminating the need for a propane tank.
It was very hot during the week we were there and the air conditioning worked flawlessly.
We were about 15 minutes from the ocean whether we went to the State park, Lewes, or Rehoboth.
We utilized quite a few amenities at the resort; the pool,
Tennis courts, and workout gym.
