The property is located in a gated community (Condominio La Huerta - Sector A) with security 24/7, the house has air conditioning throughout the house (Bedrooms, living room and kitchen areas - Using mini splits units), you will be able to relax and cool off after your daily adventures or keep it cool if you want to hang out in the house.
The house features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms:
First Floor:
- Bedroom 1: King bed and A/C unit.

Second Floor:
- Bedroom 2: King bed, private bathroom and A/C unit.

Breakfast includes coffee, orange juice and fresh fruit from $35. Lunch and dinner are both 3 courses with a cocktail included from $80. We have kids, veggie and gluten free options.
We also have a bartender service, cocktail classes and cooking classes. We’re happy to work on special menus for you.

Absolutely fantastic!!!! The house is exactly as pictured and was immaculate. The view of the volcano is breathtaking and we really enjoyed seeing it every morning from our bedrooms. The communication was top tier and they even help you book tours and transportation should you need it the food recommendations did not disappoint. The house is very close to a ton of activities and short 5 min drive into the heart of La Fortuna. We would definitely book again!
