I loved how well kept, clean and safe the property was. (Aside from being beautiful). The tent was fabulous. A/C worked well, very few bugs inside. we even saw 2 sloths on the property

We had a great experiencie at Arenal Glamping. All the staff was super sweet and helpful. Girls from reception (Ari, Daniella and Diana) were always ready to assist us. Breakfast was very delicious and had plenty of options. The cabanas were confortable and well equiped. Definetely our favorite hotel in Costa Rica.

The location was perfect, the staff was amazing by helping us out to choose and book our activities. The breakfast was amazing, as was the breakfast space, with the view on the volcano. The tent was super nice and cosy. It was amazing yo hear the birds and see wildlife on the property!
Unfortunately there was a power outage in the middle of the night both nights of out stay which woke us up. You could also heat the people of the other tents very loudly, there was a kid screaming at 5 am our second night.
