Welcome to MATISSE PLAGE, a pleasant apartment with balcony and air conditioning in the living room. Ideally located in Nice's prestigious Carré d'Or district, near street Alphonse Karr, this apartment offers direct access to stores, restaurants and the Promenade des Anglais and its beaches.
The apartment comprises a living room with open-plan kitchen and dining area, all opening onto the balcony. You'll also find a spacious bedroom with storage cupboard and TV, also opening onto the balcony. A shower room with toilet.
Located on the 3rd floor, with a half-level elevator. Several steps are required.
