Probably the best location to stay in Nice. We were surprised almost the recommended places to us were very walking distance to us. The place is little small but does the job!

Had a lovely stay in Nice in this apartment. It was in a great location, less than a 5 minute walk to Ruhl Plage area of the beach and convenient to many many restaurants and bars. It was a short walk (sub 15 mins) to the main train station which was useful when visiting other towns. My only complaint is that the check-in and check-out process is a bit annoying. You have to go to a store that’s a 5 or so minute walk away for both pick-up and drop off of the keys which since I was traveling solo meant I had to take all much luggage with me. It would be better if someone would meet at the apartment with the keys or if they got a lock box at the apartment.

Very clean and well located apartment. It's spacious and full of light. The balcony is a nice addition. It was fully equipped. It's in a lovely plaza with all the shops and restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!
