Welcome to Le Baccara, a charming one bedroom apartment on a high floor, fully air-conditioned, with a pleasant south-facing terrace, ideal for relaxing in peace and quiet... Ideally located in Nice's Carré d'Or district, in a luxury residence.
It comprises a living room with an office area, a separate kitchen and a bedroom with a queen-size bed, all opening onto the terrace. A bathroom with toilet completes the apartment.
Located in a beautiful residence, on the 7ᵉ floor with elevator.
Heating/cooling: Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.

Welcome to the Carré d'Or district in downtown Nice, between Avenue Jean Médecin and the Promenade des Anglais, close to the Promenade des Anglais.

This property was very clean, comfortable, and was at in an amazing location. Close to shops, patisseries, restaurants, and the beach. Very quiet and private. Will not hesitate to return.

I enjoyed my stay at La Baccara. The apartment was well appointed and very clean. It had all the amenities one would need for a short-term stay.
