“Reel Paradise 30a” is an updated family friendly, ground floor unit that sits just off the pool deck and is only steps from the beach access. The gated back patio allows for quick access to the pool and beach! Located on the quiet west end of 30A in Blue Mountain Beach and walkable to many eateries. Beach service of 2 chairs, 1 table and 1 umbrella included in March - October reservations!

o Guests are required to sign a separate rental agreement and provide ID
o Tents not allowed on beach (umbrellas only) per HOA policy
o NO PETS - we are unable to accommodate any animals due to severe allergies
o Renter must be 25 years or older
o Home is protected by Nest Doorbell camera and building has 24/7 surveillance.
Check in 4 P.M., check out 10 A.M.
Cancelation Policy: Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Within 30 days, no refund will be given. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment.

Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is located in Panama City and is approximately 40 minutes from the condo.
Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) is located in Destin and is approximately 60 minutes from the condo.
If flying into 30a, we highly recommend setting up transportation prior to your arrival. On demand car services (Uber/Lyft) are often not available.

This condo was perfect for our relaxing family vacation! The first floor unit had easy and close access to the pool and beach. They also included extra beach chairs, sand toys, and beach towels. It is very family friendly as they also had a pack and play, booster seat, and many other children’s items on hand to use. Communication with the host was great, and the unit was very clean! Would definitely stay here again!

My family has spent a week in this part of the gulf coast 12 times in the past 14 years and this was our favorite rental. We started in Destin and migrated east over the years until settling on Blue Mountain as our preferred beach/area and we love the Blue Lupine properties where we've stayed multiple times.
What made this rental the best was its location in the complex. Being ground floor with a back patio that opens up to the pool area put us so close to the beach and just a few steps away from great ocean views. I spent more time at the pool and beach than I typically do just because it was so convenient. Of course, the rental itself is important and this one is well maintained and equipped with everything we needed. We used the 3 quality beach chairs every day and it saved us from having to make room to bring our own. The 3 bedrooms and shared areas provided plenty of space for my family of 6 adults to be together and still spread out when needed. Check-in/check-out and all procedures were simple and well communicated and we had no issues of any kind (which often isn't the case in experience).
The last thing I'll highlight is the Blue Lupine and location itself. We love it here because it is on the beach with good beach set-up service, is easy to get in and out of (with garage parking) yet feels secluded, and is near great biking trails, restaurants and snack stops.
I have nothing but good things to say and would highly recommend this rental to anyone.
