About this apartment rental
Come and relax in our luxury beachfront unit tucked away in a private renovated building on the beautiful white sand beaches and turquoise water on the highest point on the gulf in Blue Mountain Beach.
Our unit was recently renovated (2021). New upgrades include: luxury flooring through out entire unit, ALL NEW furniture, mattresses, bedding, lighting, rugs, artwork, accessories and much, much more!
The 1,948sf condo is a corner unit with an open floor plan that provides for plenty of space to enjoy time with family and friends in the combination kitchen/dining/living area. The condo is located on the 2nd floor, east side of the building. The corner unit boast an added wall of windows, allowing for great natural light, along with the sliding doors that lead to the enormous balcony overlooking the ocean. Absorb the breath taking beach and ocean views from the main living area where there is comfortable sitting for all. Access the extra large balcony through sliding glass doors from the living area and master bedroom.
A fully equipped kitchen host an eat-in-breakfast bar (sitting for 4) and laundry closet with a stackable full size washer and dryer.
The master bedroom is very spacious and separated from the other bedrooms. It has a king bed, balcony access and direct views of the ocean, a private en suite bath with two vanities, soaking tub and walk-in-shower.
Guest bedroom #1 has a king bed a private en suite bathroom with a Shower/Tub combo.
Guest bedroom #2 has two double beds, private entrance to a shared hallway bathroom.
This unit also has one of the few separate den/media rooms located off the main entry hall. A perfect place and curl up with a good book or simply grab some alone time.
The spacious balcony overlooks the tranquil waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The perfect spot to enjoy meals, either sitting at the large teak dining table or in one of the four tall Adirondack chairs.
Blue Lupine #211 (formerly the Inn at Blue Mountain Beach or know as the Blue Mountain Beach Condominiums) is the perfect spot to sit back, relax and unwind. With only 48 total units, our quiet community is nestled on the south side of Scenic Hwy 30A in close proximity to Seaside, Watercolor, and Grayton Beach and fabulous restaurants.
Blue Mountain Beach is conveniently located about 20 minutes east of Destin and 30 minutes west of Panama City Beach with lots of shopping, dining, and recreation choices including Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons, Baytowne Wharf, and Pier Park complex in Panama City.

Wonderful time on 30a! Condo has spectacular views and is extremely spacious. Complex is spotless- grills are the best we have ever used at the beach, pool and common area are pristine!

Our stay in this condo was wonderful. The condo was everything as advertised and was by far one of the nicest we have rented. We felt like we were at home, but with the beach right outside. It was very clean and the kitchen had plenty of supplies, so we did not have to go out to eat every night. The location was perfect. We walked out of the condo and either went to the pool or the beach. The two beach chairs that come with the unit were a bonus. We brought some extra chairs, since we had 6 adults in our party. The condo was in walking distance to the center of town. My family used the gym daily or ran outside in the neighborhood. The parking was covered and close to the elevators. Robin was very responsive to any questions. This by far was one of our best vacations. Thank you Robin and John for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.
