Sit back & relax in this first class GULF FRONT unit tucked away in a private building in beautiful Blue Mountain Beach. It does not get any closer to the beach than this!
The 1600sf condo has an open floor plan that provides for lots of space to be together with family and friends in the combination kitchen/dining/living area. The large sliding glass doors as well as the waterfront windows provide abundant light and magnificent views for all to enjoy.
The roomy balcony is accessible from both the living area and the master bedroom. Your forth floor views of the emerald coast are simply spectacular from this balcony. You can also enjoy the outdoor dining and bistro table.

Located off of Scenic Highway 30-A in Walton County, Florida, it's minutes from the Fort Walton and Panama City Beach Airports but worlds away from the crowds. Our building is tucked off of the south side of 30A in the quaint 'town' of Blue Mountain Beach. 30A is a two lane road that hugs the coastline of one of the world's most beautiful white sand beaches. We are between Destin and Panama City Beach (20-25 min to each), 15 minutes from Sandestin, 5 minutes from Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach. There is an 18-mile bike path, a state park, many top-notch local restaurants, art galleries, boutiques, gourmet food and wine stores and a Publix supermarket just a few miles away.

What an amazing visit! Communication was excellent. All details needed for the stay and check out were provided prior to arrival. The place was beautiful and clean- we had everything we needed. The location is unbelievable- porch overlooking the gulf and white sand beaches. Weather was great and we were ahead of the Spring Break crowd. Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful views! Large deck. Great layout. Stylish and updated building. Clean. Everything worked correctly. Easy check in. The only issue was the master bed and pillows. The bed is very soft with no back support (we sunk down very low) and the pillows are old and thin. They kept falling out of the pillow cases.

Great location, amazing balcony view. Beautiful pool area. Great security. Close to restaurants. Condo needs work, paint and repairs. Ceiling fans were very dirty. Air vents dirty. Obvious leaks in bdrm 2 bathroom. Elevator near our room did not work. Elderly had to walk a long way to unload and load belongings. Host was very responsive to coffee pot issues. No control over elevator unfortunately.
