This property is tucked away in serene Blue Mountain Beach off of Scenic 30A. The condo is 1618 square foot and offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, impeccable accommodations for up to 8 guests, making it the perfect beach home. An added perk for families is the ground floor location, just steps away to our private beach. Entertaining will be a breeze as this condo offers an open floor plan that includes a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room that leads out to an oversized balcony. Enjoy your morning coffee, drinks at sunset or a delicious beach meal with ample seating for everyone. Our Blue Mountain Beach complex offers endless days of fun in the sun with our private beach, the gulf-front pool and hot tub, unique and spacious open atrium, fitness center, covered parking, and outdoor grilling.

Final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT - a $500.00 "HOLD" will be placed on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival. The credit card "HOLD" will be released within 48 hours after your departure subject to the following conditions stated in our rental agreement.

This is our third time staying with this owner (three different Blue Lupine units), and all of the units have been wonderful! The owner is always available to answer any questions before arrival, keeps you up to date during your stay, and we have never had any issues. The unit is extremely clean, up to date, mattresses are comfortable (I even reached out to the owner so that I could get the same ones at home). We especially like the first floor units as it is easy for the kids to go in and out on their own. The beach chair service is first rate (and never feels crowded), and the pool and hot tub are cleaned on a daily basis. We especially loved the family feel of everyone staying in this property and always felt safe. I would highly recommend!

I love this condo and the surrounding area! Condo's are always top notch with everything you need. Pool and private beach access are top notch also. Beach service is outstanding and above and beyond what you can expect! Andree’ pretty much takes care of every need you have for your vacation and is super fast at responses for any questions you may have. I highly recommend allowing her to handle your next getaway! This property was spacious, open, and very accommodating for our entire group. We had 8 in total and had plenty of room for us all. We will definitely be returning customers. Amazing communication as well. Thank you for the hospitality.
