Perfect place for a family “hangout.” Lots of room. All clean and fairly new. Lots of extras too, especially in the kitchen and for kids. Ping pong, pop a shot, bikes, games etc. Hammock for grandpa.
Quiet neighborhood and near everything you could want. The beach is most likely a drive and park though.
The only thing I mentioned to the host was that it would be nice if there were a complete fence to block escape for littles and pups to the front yard.
Otherwise, a 9.9!!

Very clean, very well-appointed kitchen, great outdoor space with plenty of room to spread out, fun game room, walking/biking easily to beach, near restaurants and grocery store. Host was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

One of the best VRBOs we’ve stayed in. Very clean and fresh smell when entering home. Comfy beds with updated and very nice decor. Great location to enjoy St. Augustine. It was perfect for our needs with my elderly parents over Thanksgiving weekend. Adult kids loved the games in garage! Galaga battles ensued… I would recommend.
