Location was good, nice view of the sea, staff very helpful and friendly

We had to keep getting the air-conditioning fixed, and the hot water packed in on the shower and eventually couldn't be sorted, so two days of showering with cold water.

What I liked about the property is that it’s right on the beachfront — and the beach is just wow! It’s only a few minutes’ walk to the restaurants, cafes, and bars. We were also able to check in early upon request, which was a big plus. The staff were very approachable and professional. The room was clean and spacious, and both the bed and the AC were super comfy! Definitely great value for the money. We’d love to come back!

The only thing I didn’t like was the shower, the water pressure was a little too low. But aside from that, everything was great!

What we appreciated most was the beachfront location, I liked the sound of the waves in the morning. Although the room was on the smaller side, it was comfortable and well-maintained, with a strong and reliable WiFi connection. The staff (Chris) was friendly, attentive, and accommodating which we truly appreciated. The complimentary breakfast was served at their partner hotel next door about 2mins walk (there was a short cut) so we didn’t mind the short walk at all, and the breakfast itself was filling, hearty, and a great way to start the day.

1. There was a temporary water interruption, and no water was coming out of the bathroom faucet at one point. While we understand this may not have been entirely within the hotel’s control, it did create some discomfort during our stay. 2. Later that night, there was very strong rain accompanied by heavy winds. Due to the beachfront location, ocean water nearly entered our room. While weather conditions are of course unpredictable, this was concerning from a comfort and safety standpoint. 3. The lounging areas directly in front of our room were unfortunately not kept in the original condition as shown in the photos - there were no waterproof cushions to lie on and no roofing, and again didn't match the photos shown here. Updating the photos or improving the lounge area would help better manage guest expectations. We share this feedback with the intention of helping improve the guest experience, as the location itself has great potential.
