Lakshmi Residency Chottanikkara

Super convenient if you’re going to do prayers at Chottanikara temple. The suite room was spacious and clean. Would definitely return

First night we stayed in superior room, it was quite dusty. But still clean.

Had an excellent stay at Lakshmi Residency with my family. The location is perfect—less than 100 metres from both Melkkavu and Keezhkkavu of Chottanikkara Temple, making it very convenient, especially after the late-night Guruthy Pooja. We chose the triple room with a view, and it was spacious, spotless, and felt almost luxurious. What impressed me the most was the cleanliness. The room, bathroom, and toilet were exceptionally clean, hygienic, and looked brand new, which is something I really appreciated. Hot water was available throughout the day, and all the facilities mentioned were provided as promised. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always ready to help. The property is safe, well-maintained, and has ample parking space. Good vegetarian restaurants are also available within a short walking distance (around 200 metres). Overall, it was a peaceful, comfortable, and hassle-free stay. I highly recommend Lakshmi Residency to families and pilgrims looking for a clean, safe, and comfortable place to stay near Chottanikkara Temple. I have also shared a few photos of the room to help future visitors.

Nothing in particular. Everything was great. An in-house restaurant or food facility would be a nice addition for added convenience.

Stairs were not so clean. No food service.

On our checkin we observed the washroom was not cleaned properly as the floor was slimy and slippery too. Water bottles were given only on request as other hotels give atleast one litre of drinking water per day. They should hav a small restaurant in the hotel which atleast provides breakfast. We had requested for an extra few hours of stay as our connecting train was at night which they didn't permit. We were ready for paying extra as per their rules.
