    Neat and clean building and room. Extremely friendy and polite hotel and restaurant staff members. Decent breakfast but with just one non-veg option, beside eggs. Room was a bit tight on space, so we decided to not claim our extra bed. Bathroom was neat, tidy and decently equipped. However since the shower door opens outward, we had to enter the dry area with our wet feet after showers. That means the separation of wet and dry area didn't really work, which was kind of uncomfortable for us.

    Is this really a 5-star experience? It made me rethink what ‘5-star’ actually means? We booked a Suite Room for a group of three, but unfortunately, our first impression was disappointing. The sofa in the room was covered with noticeable stains, and even the bed had stains, which raised concerns about cleanliness. Additionally, although the room was booked for three guests, amenities such as towels, glasses, and other accessories were provided only for two people. Another major issue was the frequent power outages, which occurred approximately once every hour and significantly affected our comfort during the stay. The only positive aspect of our experience was the breakfast. The food was decent, well-prepared, and enjoyable. We were also disappointed with the reception staff’s attitude. There was no greeting, smile, or welcoming behavior, which made us feel uncomfortable from the moment we arrived. Considering the room condition, service, and overall experience, it did not feel like a five-star hotel. We expected much higher standards in terms of cleanliness, hospitality, and maintenance. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience. We hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves the cleanliness, service quality, and maintenance standards for future guests.
