Rooms are neat and tidy. The staff are so nice and considerate.

We stayed here during our family vacation, and overall had a very pleasant experience. All of our rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and well maintained throughout our stay. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day. The day and night front desk staff were incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely hospitable. The hotel has limited parking spaces, but this was never an issue for us. We always found parking for all of our cars during our entire stay. Breakfast is served at their cafe in the adjacent building with a separate entrance. On our 1st morning, breakfast was an English set menu. The service was a little slower than we would have preferred, but it was clear everything was being prepared fresh. On the 2nd morning, there was a small buffet with a modest but sufficient selection that served us well. The location is a little away from the main tourist attractions, but if you're driving, it's absolutely worth considering.

The rooms feature smart automation, which was a nice touch. While most features worked well, a few—such as the touchless dustbins in some rooms—didn't work consistently. A minor issue overall, but something the hotel could improve. One small suggestion also would be to lower or switch off the hallway background music at night, as it could be heard inside the rooms and was noticeable

Neat clean and no hassles

It’s a tad far from the heart of the city but that’s not a fault. It just is.

We had an exceptional stay and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this property, from the front desk to the room service. The room itself was excellent, spotless, and fully automated. The bed, wardrobe, dressing table, and washroom were all top tier. We loved the wall to wall window overlooking the courtyard view of a white Buddha statue, nested in a plant filled courtyard corner. For dinner, we ordered room service from the restaurant, and had the bacon fried rice. It was delicious, uniquely flavoured and presented in a beautiful container. Additionally, we noted that the entire staff we encountered were women, which contributed significantly to a very comfortable, safe, and calm atmosphere
