    Stayed this property for 2 nights and had a very comfortable experience. The front office staff was very polite and friendly,they do chkin/ chkout procedures veryfast. This is our 4th time here in this hotel.we loved to come back next time too.

    Stayed in suit room with family, very neat, clean and spacious room. All amenities available. Helpful staff... Swimming pool is good, gym with all equipment available, spa available.. worth for money..near to infopark and Kakkanad water metro...

    Is this really a 5-star experience? It made me rethink what ‘5-star’ actually means? We booked a Suite Room for a group of three, but unfortunately, our first impression was disappointing. The sofa in the room was covered with noticeable stains, and even the bed had stains, which raised concerns about cleanliness. Additionally, although the room was booked for three guests, amenities such as towels, glasses, and other accessories were provided only for two people. Another major issue was the frequent power outages, which occurred approximately once every hour and significantly affected our comfort during the stay. The only positive aspect of our experience was the breakfast. The food was decent, well-prepared, and enjoyable. We were also disappointed with the reception staff’s attitude. There was no greeting, smile, or welcoming behavior, which made us feel uncomfortable from the moment we arrived. Considering the room condition, service, and overall experience, it did not feel like a five-star hotel. We expected much higher standards in terms of cleanliness, hospitality, and maintenance. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience. We hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves the cleanliness, service quality, and maintenance standards for future guests.
