Pobyt w "Da Alfio e Pina" Large 3 Bedrooms Apartment przewyższył nasze najśmielsze oczekiwania! To bez wątpienia jedno z najlepszych miejsc, w jakich mieliśmy okazję się zatrzymać, a ogromna w tym zasługa przesympatycznego i niezwykle pomocnego gospodarza – Roberto. ​Przede wszystkim na złoty medal zasługuje jego ponadprzeciętne zaangażowanie i bezinteresowna pomoc. Roberto przyjechał po nas w środku nocy na lotnisko w Catani, gdy byliśmy już u kresu sił, bo nasz lot był ze wzgledu na Etnę przekierowany do Palermo. Dzięki niemu dotarliśmy na miejsce sprawnie, bezpiecznie i bez jakiegokolwiek stresu. ​Na wejściu czekała na nas wyjątkowo mila niespodzianka – przepyszne, tradycyjne sycylijskie ciasteczka oraz wyśmienite lokalne wino. Co więcej, Roberto podzielił się z nami mnóstwem cennych, praktycznych wskazówek dotyczących zwiedzania nie tylko samej Katanii, ale i całej wschodniej Sycylii. Dzięki jego rekomendacjom odkryliśmy wspaniałe miejsca i restauracje! ​Sam apartament jest po prostu gigantyczny – dla naszej 4-osobowej grupy przestrzeni było aż nadto. Wnętrza są niezwykle komfortowe, czyste i w pełni wyposażone we wszelkie udogodnienia, jakich można potrzebować podczas urlopu. Czuć, że gospodarz dba o każdy detal, aby goście czuli się jak w domu. ​Z całego serca polecam to miejsce każdemu, kto planuje wizytę na Sycylii. Roberto, dziękujemy za wspaniałą gościnność – na pewno wrócimy!

Wszystko było wyśmienite!

Firstly Roberto communicated everything we needed in timely and friendly manner, including great directions. He even met us at the bus stop and walked to the apartment with us! On arrival he gave us all the information we needed about the apartment, but also took time to tell us about Catania and the surrounding region. He later message extra details about places of interest. First impression of the apartment were that it is HUGE! It was impeccably clean and everything we would need to make it a home from home was provided. Also, some welcome gifts of chocolates and wine (delicious chocolates) Everything was provided at no additional charge (laundry liquid, use of the dryer, shampoo... even umbrellas!) Roberto checked in with us a few times to make sure all was ok and responded with a friendly manner and always quickly (sometimes with a great sense of humour). He was very patient with our poor Italian. On our last day we had a late train booked and he kindly let us use the apartment for extra time. The beds were really comfortable and it was lovely to have a soft or firm pillow to choose from. The area is very safe and quiet at night. It's an easy walk to the city but also very accessible by bus. The local supermarket is open 24/7 and has a good range of fruit and vegetables, all very good quality. Maria is already looking for flights back to Catania.

Now in our next apartment of our trip we our disappinted in everything and comparing it to Roberto and Catania!! 🤣 Roberto... you set the bar too high. Thank you 😊

Abbiamo trascorso dei giorni fantastici in questo appartamento e non potevamo chiedere di meglio. La struttura è bellissima, curata nei minimi dettagli, pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort per sentirsi subito a casa, e cosa non da poco, aria condizionata in ogni stanza!!! La posizione è imbattibile: a due passi dal centro, comoda per girare a piedi e avere tutto a portata di mano, ma al tempo stesso ideale per rilassarsi in totale tranquillità. Un punto di merito speciale va a Roberto: un host davvero straordinario! Fin dal primo momento si è dimostrato incredibilmente accogliente, premuroso e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità o per consigliarci i posti migliori della zona. La sua ospitalità e attenzione ai dettagli fanno davvero la differenza. Consiglio assolutamente questo appartamento a chiunque cerchi un'esperienza a cinque stelle. Torneremo sicuramente con grandissimo piacere! Grazie di tutto, Roberto!

Am avut o ședere foarte plăcută. Apartamentul este spațios, cu 3 camere, foarte curat și dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie pentru un sejur confortabil. Este situat într-o zonă liniștită, aproape de centrul orașului și la doar câteva minute de un supermarket, ceea ce a fost un mare avantaj. Proprietarul este un om de treabă, foarte amabil și bine educat, iar comunicarea cu el a fost excelentă. Dansul ne-a așteptat la stația de autobuz și ne a ajutat la bagaje. Ne-a așteptat în frigider cu apă, bere și suc pentru copil. Ne-am simțit foarte bine și cu siguranță am reveni. Recomand cu încredere această locație!
