A large one bedroom apartment with roomy bathroom and laundry off that. Very clean, very central and easy walking everywhere, We were given an address to park the car - left the keys and gave about 45 min notice when we needed it again. Very safe and very secure. The kitchen was good with a large fridge and table and chairs. Very air and felt good
Needed more light in the living area - maybe some lamps and definitely a coffee table needed in front of the couch. Also no wine glasses - considering we were in wine country you would think that they would be first in the cupboard

A 15-minute walk to the historic city center, a typical, excellent Sicilian bakery literally across the street, a supermarket around the corner, and a 24/7 supermarket nearby. The apartment is spacious and the kitchen is well-equipped. The staff very friendly.
The apartment faces a street with heavy traffic, so typical noises like honking and emergency vehicle sirens are noticeable—especially with the nearby hospital—though it didn't annoy me that much. That’s the price you pay for being so central, I guess.

Go size, and parking was organised for us.
Electric faults on appliances, TV didn’t work properly. Not a good area. And no meet and greet, or room handover at the end.
