Residence Rapisardi by RECEPTIO

Very good communication from after the booking, until after check out. The apartment is nice and clean, with all needed.

Very helpful host,superb location,highly recommended!

Was big and clean.

Nothing

Property is located very close to city centar, it is spaceous and clean.

Furniture is small room is broken (drawers are falling out), you only get 4 glasses (small ones), fridge is not working properly- first two shelves work fine and rest of fridge is warm- host told us this is normal in Italy (never heards about fridge which is intentionally keeping your food warm). In 2 weeks we have been there we only got towels and sheets which were on beds- we did not get extra to change sheets or towels during our stay- it was very difficult to wash it (no washing liquid was provided not even for that) and you need to hope it will be dry for the evening so you can sleep on same sheets, shower and dry with same towels. We have requested mop from host so we can mop floors (the one that was provided was broken and black from all ash from Etna)- they ignored our request and we did not get it. For the amount of money - service and provided things are very poor and quality is not on the level where it should be. We got only small packages of shampoo and body wash (which you get in hotels for 1 day stay).
