ich habe das zimmer sehr spontan gebucht und war super dankbar dafür das es so schnell und unkompliziert ging.
leider hatte mein zimmer doch keinen balkon obwohl es gebucht war. (allerdings war das auf grund der kurzfristigen buchung zu verschmerzen

There are 2 small lifts, but anyone who does not use a lift, please note that there are a lot of stairs even just to go to reception which is on the 2nd floor. Just a heads up.

The receptionist was quite nice and provided lots of information. Bed was comfortable. The gentleman who runs the little place for breakfast (a couple of doors away) was very friendly and had great pastries and cappuccinos. The location seemed iffy but it was actually pretty close to Via Etnea.
A bit run down and the room was not serviced during our stay. Bathroom trash can should be emptied daily. I mean, seriously? The towels provided on the first day were the only ones we were given and we stayed 3 nights. What’s the point of a warming towel rack that doesn’t warm? Door knob key was a challenge.
