This isn’t such an issue but small advise please have a look on kettle as full of salt at the base.

The property was outstanding. I was surprised that it even had a separate kitchenette, with a table and chairs plus the big surprise - it even had a washing machine which is a huge bonus when you are travel to various destinations. It also offered a roof top terrace which was beautiful. It was a 10 minute walk from the town centre filled with culture and restaurants. The host was very friendly and accommodating.

The apartment is huge and well designed. Everything looks great and it truly felt like having a luxury apartment in Catania. Location was also very good near the park and a few minutes walk from Etna street. We were able to find parking on the street pretty easily but we were traveling during off-season so it might not be always the case.

Water stopped working in the entire apartment one morning. We were unable use the toilets or the faucets which was a huge inconvenience. I contacted the owner by watsapp at 8:30, she first responded at 9:20 and the issue was solved at 10:50. This things can happen, but if you choose to not have a reception you MUST be much quicker with your responses to such a crucial issue. This is way I rate facilities low - I expect to have running water during my stay. There were several other issues throughout our stay which were solved quicker - a missing breakfast ticket, locked safe box... again - an onsite employee could have been much more convenient than chatting on the booking.com app. Generally - I felt that a manned reception is needed. There were also some parts of the place that were not super clean.
