House Paradise- House Arena

The location was perfect for someone without their own transport, just less than 200 yards from the station with fast trains leaving every hour along the coast, but there was also a lot of free parking space for cars nearby. Within easy reach of food shops too. The seafront was about 15 minutes away on foot, with a number of very good restaurants and bars. Antonella, the host was very welcoming and made sure that everything was available in the apartment, including a welcoming bottle of wine and traditional local biscuits. Perfect for a single traveller or a family group.

Very nice, clean and comfortable place to stay. Very nice and polite hostess who welcomed us very warmly with some local wine and snacks despite the very late arrival due to flight delay. Comfortable beds, kitchen equipped with everything one needs - thus also perfect for longer stays. Highlight were the two bathrooms and the fact that every room had its own AC and TV. Ca. 5 min away from the train station and also very close to a supermarket, the port etc.

The host was very friendly and helpful. There was AC, soap, shampoo, blackout curtains. Generally nothing bad happened. The host didn’t ask for the random “church” tax. For people who are not sensitive to noise and smells, it’s an ok place

The mattress was worn out, no soundproofing, the stove wasn’t working so no way of making tea or coffee. It had a bit of a smoke smell. The neighborhood — while close to the station — not very nice. I personally think that while the place was in ok condition, it should’ve been cheaper :)
