Cleanliness, communication with the host, location and overall value for money
Not enough storage capacity, bedroom without any air or windows. The most concerning thing is the damp on the walls in the kitchen (on the ceiling) and paint falling off near the bed. Entrance to the building is also narrow, low and a bit scarry.
