Great Chiavari apartment with a fantastic host.

The apartment is very centrally located and well equipped. It has been recently renovated and has everything you need to feel at home. Thanks to its central location, everything is very close by, including the center of Chiavari, the waterfront, the train station, and shopping facilities. Luca is a fantastic host. He gave us a very warm welcome and looked after us very well. We will definitely be back.

I can only think of one thing: we should have stayed longer. 😉

L’alloggio ha superato di gran lunga le nostre aspettative: posizione eccellente per visitare Chiavari e la costa, appartamento impeccabile, pulitissimo, arredato con gusto e completo di ogni comfort. Un ringraziamento speciale a Luca, host estremamente disponibile e attento. Esperienza davvero perfetta, torneremmo senza alcun dubbio!

Værten Luca, lejlighed helt ny, smagfuld indrettet superrent, virkelig centralt og den dejligste altan med smuk udsigt vi nød meget.

Accoglienza a due passi dal mare

Appartamento ristrutturato in modo sapiente, moderno e ben attrezzato. Letti comodi, doccia grande, cucina super fornita. Abbiamo trovato tutto quello che ci serviva e anche di più, grazie a Luca, host accogliente disponibile e premuroso. Il mare è a 5 minuti a piedi così come il centro con tanti bar e negozietti. Il parcheggio privato all’aperto è davvero utile anche se un po’ strettino, diciamo non proprio praticabile con macchina molto grande.

Per noi non sono stati minimamente problematici ma segnalo, nel caso fosse utile: piccola rampa di scale prima di arrivare all’ascensore e ascensore un po’ piccolino (ok per 3 persone ma senza bagagli o altro). La strada sotto casa è piuttosto trafficata ma per noi non è stato un problema prendere sonno.

Appartamento appena ristrutturato, con tutti i comfort. Spazioso e luminoso. Si affaccia sulla strada al 5 piano, una strada molto transitata. La gentilezza e disponibilità di Luca sono pregi mai scontati!! Grazie mille per questa esperienza!

Ottima struttura ambiente nuovo e moderno completamente ristrutturato. La casa è molto spaziosa e ha tutti i confort necessari (aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, lavatrice, due Smart tv, macchinetta nespresso, Wi fi e un bel balcone con tavolino e sedie per mangiare fuori). Luca il proprietario gentilissimo e sempre disponibile!!!!
