About this apartment rental
Very bright penthouse, in a dominant position with a breathtaking and unique view.
The spacious apartment consists of:
- The living room, the heart of the apartment, is a true gem. It is very bright thanks to multiple windows. You will find a table where you can enjoy convivial moments, sharing meals with family or friends, along with a comfortable sofa to relax on and a 48" smart TV.
- The terrace, with a sea view, is the true highlight of the house. It features a large table for outdoor dining, two sun loungers for enjoying the sun, and a shower.
- The modern and high-quality kitchen is equipped with every comfort and the latest generation appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave, and espresso machine.
- The three bedrooms with windows have double beds with good quality pillows and mattresses. The rooms are independent and offer excellent privacy.
- The bathroom, with a window, includes all sanitary facilities and a bathtub that can also be used as a shower.
- The study/work area is equipped with a desk and monitor, providing a fantastic sea view.
- Completing the picture is a storage room with a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning devices.
Located in the center of Chiavari, on the sixth floor of a building with an elevator, just a stone's throw from the sea and a few kilometers from Portofino and Cinque Terre.
Please note that the premises do not have a fixed air conditioning system. However, portable air conditioners and fans are available, especially during the summer.
