Location to event in the racecourse conference area.
Nothing. It was really hot but that wasn’t your fault. It was freak heat in UK

There was no breakfast included, but that was not a problem. We just needed nearby accommodation after a family event & Hunter's Lodge fitted our needs very conveniently.
difficulty finding out how to gain access late in evening - luckily we had time to visit the premises earlier in the day - initially found nobody, & no answer after calling 3 separate phone numbers... eventually realised we should go to 24-hr security guard at entrance barrier, who had our keys (this was not obvious in an unfamiliar place). This could have been problematic if we had only arrived late that night, after our family event.
