Calma, luz y diseño en el centro de Santander

Beautiful apartment in a great location. The beds were comfortable and everything spotless. Everything was provided for an enjoyable stay. The host was available to deal with any problems and replied to queries very promptly. I had a great holiday and would definitely stay again.

Planta baja , sin escalones. Cocina y salón diafano. Mucha luz

Menaje de cocina muy escaso. Asa del horno rota anteriormente ( estaba sobrepuesta) . Se nos hecho en cara la rotura de el. Pero siendo positivos, es un buen apartamento.

Ubicación muy buena y el apartamento pequeño pero muy coqueto y cómodo. Hemos estado super a gusto

The location was close to the city center, 15 minutes walk, although the return on foot is a bit uphill. The apartment is spacious and bright to host 4 or 5 persons easily.

Although “recently reformed” everything looks like it was done with rush and to the margin. If you plan to cook the apartment is not adequate. It is missing utensils. There was only a mini pan and a small pot. There was not even cooking cuttleries pr a cutting board. The coffee machine was not working properly. Kitchen overall was not equipped. It is only to make a breakfast or have drinks. Limited glasses and plates. The duvet in the room we chose to sleep had make up stains. None of the bedsheets or pillow covers were ironed so you were not sure if the bedsheets have been changed, which is unacceptable. Shower was blocking with the water. The bathroom had mold in the corners of the tiles and behind the door. Overall you were not getting the sensation of cleanliness in the apartment, although clean. The put a crib for the baby to sleep but without offering a blanket. We also were invaded by an army of ants at the entrance of the house that slowly spreaded all over the house and our things. I would recommend to do some fumigation, as being in the ground floor it is not an excuse. Also, before arrival it can be mentioned in a message, that the entrance is on the upper side of the address as gps directs to the bottom side of the building, and it would be good to mention were someone can park.
