El ático como tal esta bien aprovechado, limpio y con buena ubicación.
No está bien aislado a nivel ventanas, tiene una ventana del salón que no cierra bien. Los beluxe son muy antiguos y los parches que han puesto para evitar la entrada de luz no valen. Ha sido un poco complicado dormir con el calor que hacia, cierto es que tiene 2 ventiladores pero no es plan de tenerlos funcionando toda la noche, ni por el ruido, ni por el consumo de luz.
