will be charged a cleaning fee of 50 euros.
This does not exempt owners from liability for any damage caused by their pets, which will be their responsibility.
DOG RULES
Dogs are not allowed in the suites or on the stairs, as this scratches the floor.
You must clean up after your pet in the garden.
And if your pet makes a mess or sheds a lot of hair, you must take care of it.
The pet fee is 10 euros per night per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets and a maximum weight of 20 kilos per pet(This website only charges the supplement for 1 pet; if you have 2, you must notify the owner so they can add it to your quote).
This supplement must be paid via Bizum or bank transfer before your arrival if it is not included in the booking quote for the house.
The website will place a hold of 800 EUR on your payment method as a damage deposit. This is to prevent parties and illegal events; to detect such activities, we have outdoor cameras and rely on reports from neighbors, and you would forfeit the entire deposit if any violations occur. Upon your departure, if we do not report any damage or parties, the amount will be automatically released after we verify the condition of the house.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was the perfect place to stay for 2 couples. We had plenty of room to hang out as a group and also had our own privacy with the 2 master bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms. The hosts were very friendly and communicative & the house was very clean & felt safe. We all loved it and wished we had booked more nights there!

What an amazing house and even more amazing garden with stunning areas such as a chill room, large kitchen en a nice outside swimming pool. More than enough space for everyone!
The neighborhood is fine, not much to do nearby but that means it is also nicely quiet. Supermarket is nearby and so is Santander. We loved our stay, it made us feel very welcome and at home.
One suggestion is fans or even airco for warmer nights could be a real nice surplus!
