Volledig ingericht, fris wit, appartement werkelijk van alle gemakken voorzien. Comfortabele bedden, prima douche. Prima parkeerterreintje.
De ligging is prima qua afstand tot het centrum. Het pand zelf (de straat en omliggende straten) ligt in een erg troosteloze omgeving.

Estaba todo bastante nuevo.
Es un bajo muy húmedo, las ventanas eran impracticables porque estaban muy altas y el barrio no era nada céntrico.
