Espectacular la ubicación, el edificio, el departamento super equipado, recientemente remodelado y cómodo. Con todo el equipamiento necesario para una excelente estadía. Quinto piso por escalera pero escaleras muy cómodas. El anfitrión impecable, siempre a disposición. No dudas en quedarte!

Tiene 3 habitaciones con cama matrimonial y escritorio. 2 baños. La zona común cumple.
El piso está en un quinto sin ascensor, por lo que no lo recomendaría para familias con niños pequeños. La cocina estaba poco equipada y no había aire acondicionado ni ventiladores. Aparcar fue muy difícil en temporada alta y tuvimos que dejar el coche a unos 20 minutos caminando. Además, aunque la playa está cerca, el regreso es una subida bastante exigente y queda alejado del centro y de la zona más turística de Santander.
