The apartment is very close to the Sardinero beach and walking distance to the center of Santander. The building is fine, with a bar at the ground floor where you can eat for little money.
The apartment was fine, everything what we needed was there. It could get renovated, it is a typical grandmother's apartment. I liked the wooden floor. The garage place was convenient, better accessible for small cars (we have a van).

Excellent location and very helpful friendly host. Showed us into the underground secure parking and the apt. Temperature in santander is very reasonable so there was no extreme summer heat, just super nice on the beach which was literally accross the road from the apt. Building. The apt reminds you of a
typical spanish style setup. Brought back nice memories. Netflix and reliable wifi included. Very reasonably priced supermarket nearby too. The area is lovely altogether.

Nos atendieron muy amable, flexibles en entrada y salida. El piso está muy cerquita de la playa de El Sardinero.
Aunque se nota que se limpia cada vez que van a entrar nuevos inquilinos, la cocina y el baño necesitan una reforma, tienen suciedad acumulada en la mampara y los muebles son muy viejitos.
El menaje justito. Para dos días comiendo y cenando fuera ok, si lo que buscas es cocinar allí y estar más días, no sería nuestra recomendación.
