Advertised for 4 guests, but replacement flat was not suitable for 4.

The location was convenient.

The property we received was not the one we originally booked. We were informed that the original flat was unavailable and were given a “replacement”, which was presented as an upgrade. In reality, it was significantly smaller and of noticeably lower quality. The layout and available space were not comparable to the listing photos. The kitchen was much smaller and not suitable for cooking for a group of four. The sleeping arrangements were extremely cramped. One bed was placed directly next to the kitchen area, and the sofa bed was in a very small separate space. Once the beds were opened, there was barely any room left to move around the apartment. There was also a persistent smell of smoke in and around the apartment, which made the stay uncomfortable. The level of cleanliness and general condition of the apartment were also below expectations. There was visible dirt and debris under the bed, dust and grime along the baseboards, and stains and marks on cabinet surfaces and walls. The apartment also showed signs of poor maintenance, including damaged or unfinished fittings (such as an exposed wall socket) and worn fixtures. These issues made the space feel neglected and not in the condition we would expect from a professionally managed property. We contacted the host during the stay and asked for a proper solution or alternative accommodation, but no concrete help was provided. In the end, we had to make our own arrangements to ensure everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. Overall, the accommodation did not match the property we booked and paid for, and the lack of timely support from the host made the experience unnecessarily stressful.

It was ok, but beware of extra city tax charges

Central location, easy to find, easy detailed instructions with photos. They accommodated a late last minute booking due to a long layover, it was like 11pm. Thanks for accommodating us.

There was no bathroom light. The ceiling light was broken or missing, and there was no other light to be found. The fridge was turned off, and smelled pretty bad so we didn't use it. There was a separate city tax charge that we had to pay through a different link before we could get directions to the keys. The room offered self check in, but then I had to manage multiple calls and text messages from an urgently persistent owner or manager about said charge while I was having connectivity issues with my phone. It made a situation that should not have been stressful quite the opposite.

Terrible experience and do not recommend staying here

Spacious

Had a very hard time getting check-in instructions. We travelled from Canada and did not receive checkin information until an hour before 4pm check in time, which is late to begin with. We were anxious and almost at the verge of going to a hotel. Uncertainty and ambiguity with check in. No instructions on Wifi and stove operation, we had to look for it on YouTube. Wifi modem needed to be reset and connection isn’t stable. The kettle has a thick layer of lime on it. For the approx 550 dollars we paid, the place wasn’t worth the price. It’s also a 10 min walk from nearest tram station. The owners came across greedy. Sparse furnishings including no shampoo, body wash, salt or pepper and towels were threadbare. Do not recommend the place. Better go to a hotel. If the owners are worried of early entry then they should invest in a electronic timer lock rather than regular key

It had a decent kitchen.

The location was a little iffy. There was a homeless person sleeping on the sidewalk right where I had to pick up the keys. The beds were cots, so not as comfortable as most we have stayed at.

La posizione e' abbastanza comoda per raggiungere il centro anche a piedi. Nelle vicinanze un supermercato e delle caffetterie.

Le condizioni igieniche molto scarse sia in cucina che in bagno. Abbiamo dormito sui divani scomodissimi. Nessuna cura dell'appartamento.

L’emplacement

Les portes de placards étaient grasses. Beaucoup de moutons de poussières. Bouilloire entartrée et donc inutilisable. Porte de compartiment de congélateur givrée et donc inutilisable. Pas assez de couverts pour 5. Il a aussi été nécessaire de chercher les draps pour le 5eme couchage. Gros creux au milieu du matelas du canapé lit. Il ne faut pas regarder au plafond pour éviter de voir l encrassement des aerations. Le balcon est sale et encombré. Les photos présentées sur le site ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Difficile d accepter dans ces conditions la pression mise pour le Check out à 10h… d’un autre côté nous avions envie de fuir!

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, leider sehr verschmutzt, sodass man am liebsten gar nichts anfassen möchte.

Wir haben für 5 Personen gebucht, es wurden die Betten für 4 Personen vorbereitet. Das Ausziehbett quietschte stark. Vor allem war die Sauberkeit sehr schlecht. Im Bad verbreitete sich ein Uringestank.

Appartement confortable et abordable mais assez excentré du centre de Zürich

Nous avions réservé deux appartements, un pour deux personnes sur la rue et un pour 3 personnes sur le jardin. Celui pour 3 personnes était très bien, spacieux avec un grand balcon et une vue plus étendue et agréable. L'immeuble est récent et propre. Un système de boîte à clef permet d'accéder facilement aux appartements en dehors de heures d'ouverture de la réception.

Les chambres étaient mal insonorisées. On entend les personnes d'à-côté prendre leur douche mais nous n'avons pas été dérangé plus que cela. Pas de bouilloire, pas d'équipement de cuisine mis à disposition, il faut payer un supplément pour cela. La résidence est assez excentrée mais on peut prendre le tram pour visiter Zürich (30 minutes de trajet). Il n'est pas très facile de trouver des places de stationnement. Il y a quand même des places en zone bleue, non payantes la nuit et les dimanches. Si vous venez en Suisse en voiture, prévoyez un disque qui vous permettra de stationner gratuitement une heure dans beaucoup d'emplacements assez proches des centres-villes
