The location is close to the train station.
The sink was clogged, the beds were not set up for us even though I requested that in the paperwork and I believe paid extra for it. The pull out couch had hard metal parts that made it difficult to sleep on. There was no crib even though I requested it. The host was not responsive to messages through booking.com.

The location was great, walking distance to the train station and shops/supermarkets. It was clean and modern.
The extractor fan didn't seen to me working, the Internet/ TV were available for us to use on the third day of our stay,no kettle or toaster.
