El departamento es muy lindo y muy cómodo , la ubicación es buena

La ducha estaba completamente llena de sarro y tiraba agua para todos lados, me quejé y la cambiaron sin avisar y yo no estaba . Había bastante polvo .

Excellently positioned to be close to the central train station and the city's tourist attractions, being on a famous boulevard for all amenities. Superlative cleanliness, very comfortable beds, noisy neighbors. We stayed for 5 nights as a family of 4 adults, we felt very comfortable. Thank you!

We stayed for five nights, and every night we struggled to sleep because the air conditioning kept turning off after about 10 minutes. This happened multiple times each night (5–6 times), and there was only one remote for both AC units. After contacting the number provided at check-in, we were told to check the control panel, but it was locked with a password and set to keep the home at 27- 30°C. When I tried to reach them again for help, there was no answer When I contacted the property, they claimed AC wasn’t included in the apartment’s facilities — even though it’s clearly listed on Booking.com. I even sent photos from the listing to prove it. They said they would investigate, but I received no feedback until after checkout, when I only got an apology. I understand this might be to reduce electricity costs, but I would have preferred to be given the choice to pay extra rather than be forced to sleep without proper air conditioning. There were also other problems: only one small bowl for four people, and repeated requests for more plates went unanswered. I also asked for extra pillows — each bed had only two, which is fine for one person, but for more comfort, extra pillows should be provided.
