Suite Casa Degli Specchi, Appartamento di lusso in Galleria Buenos Aires

Room was spacious and had everything we needed. It was clean and well maintained. It is near the station which was good since we had a few day trips.

Communication was difficult. Checking in and out was also difficult as we got locked in the foyer area without a key, which was left in the apartment - yet was needed to exit the foyer. Location was fair but quite a bit of walking is needed to get to the centre.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment and would happily return in the future. The location is excellent, close to the city center, with a metro station right across the street, making it very convenient to get around. There are also plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby. The apartment is modern, very well equipped, clean, and bright. We especially appreciated the modern security system and the high-quality appliances. Our host was very kind and accommodating, allowing us to check in a few hours before the official check-in time, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, highly recommend this apartment, and would definitely choose it again.

There are just a few small suggestions that could make the stay even better: providing shower gel in the bathroom, adding a few more sets of cutlery (we were four guests but there were only three sets), and replacing the sofa with a more comfortable one. One important thing to keep in mind is to always carry the physical keys with you. The mobile app used to unlock the four access doors stopped working one evening when we returned to the apartment. Fortunately, we had the physical keys with us, so we had no issues getting inside. However, our neighbors, who were supposed to check in that night, had to wait more than four hours for someone to come and reset the app before they could access their apartment.

Świetna lokalizacja, stacja metra (linia M1) i przystanek autobusowy pod budynkiem. 10-15 minutowy spacer do Milano Centrale. W apartamencie czysto, schludnie, wystarczająco miejsca nawet dla rodziny 2+2. Klimatyzacja wydajna, zewnętrzne rolety sprawne. Lodówka, żelazko, pralka, ekspres do kawy (+ kapsułki) na plus. Doceniam obsługę apartamentu przez aplikację co pozwoliło nam na przyjechać i opuścić obiekt późno w nocy.

Jeśli mam się czepić to brakowało jakiejś ściereczki (ręczników papierowych?) w części kuchennej i płynu do mycia naczyń (ale to są drobnostki).

In cele 4zile de cazare am avut decat 3prosoape mici si 3mari lasate la check in,gel de dus 3tuburi mini pentru tot sejurul,doresc sa mentionez ca am fost 2adulti si 2copii.Nu s a facut un minim de curatenie si anume ridicarea gunoiului menajer si asigurarea de prosoape/gel de dus.La check out a venit o doamna care a bătut insistent la usa si mi a aratat ceasul ca este 10 00 si sa eliberez camera ca ea trebuie sa curețe apartamentul ,dupa 2min a revenit si a batut ca ea asteapta.(iti spunea ce vroia in engleza dar cand tu ii spuneai iti raspundea ca ea nu vorbeste engleza)Foarte dezamăgita de serviciile dvs,pacat de locatie!
