Great location (near beach and train station), clean, felt like a quiet and safe neighborhood, good temperatures inside the room (didn't even need the air conditioning, that was available)
You can hear everything from the other apartment (if they talk at night, you will wake up), the kitchen isn't well equipped for real cooking (only one cutting knife, no peeler, only two mugs,....)
